Concept of War

Transcript

I suppose when you've seen

of conflict,

how they shatter communities and,

you know, they distort normal life.

Well, sorry, I'm just

I don't know what everyone make up their

ambivalent relationship with weapons

they're for, you know what they do.

And yet at the same time,

that's necessary, humans being humans.

I mean, if you could take human beings out

have no war, unfortunately.

Now, just look at.

After everything we've learned in human

you can get it on your phone,

which is just appalling.

But I think as well as you know,

recognise and admire the sort of courage

of all those people who took part

who served, who did their best,

In the circumstances of the time,

about it, just what they didn't really.

And I just.

I just find that that's a really

I can really sort of.

I mean, I've got a certain horror I'm

you know, sometimes it's necessary.

I mean, when you look at Iraq or

a slightly different conversation there,

Was worth it.

But, yeah, I just, you know,

aircraft and I know what they.

I know what they can do to people.

And yet I just think it's really cool.

I just love it.

But there's the other side of me thinking,

are for, ultimately.

It's not a nice part of humanity

It's actually quite

And yet I think the museum's brilliant.
